Ordering
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00
is required at the time of the order. The deposit secures a place on the production schedule. Currently, the estimated
time for completion is six months. The remaining balance must be paid before the guitar is shipped.
Payment must be in US funds.
Cash, money order, certified or personal checks are accepted, however, personal checks must clear before the guitar will be
shipped.
Warranty
A lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship is included with each Ackley
guitar. Damage due to normal wear and tear or improper care and maintenance is not included in the warranty.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your
new Ackley guitar you may return it within 14 days for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds for standard guitars
will be issued upon return of the instrument. Refunds for custom guitars will be contingent upon resale of the guitar.
If the guitar is not returned in original condition the cost of restoration will be deducted.
